What we store

• Account: Discord user id, username, avatar URL, email (if Discord shares it), login timestamps and IP/user-agent of sessions (security).
• Listings: server/bot metadata you submit, Discord guild id, member and online counts, guild features.
• Activity: aggregate counters from our bot: messages per day, joins, leaves, number of active members. We never store message content, usernames of chatters, or per-user activity.
• Engagement: upvotes and daily boosts (user id, listing, day, IP hash for abuse prevention), reviews you write, reports you file.
• Analytics: impressions and clicks on listing cards, aggregated per listing per day. We also use Google Analytics 4 (IP anonymisation on) to understand overall traffic; no advertising trackers.

Cookies

One httpOnly session cookie (df_session), a short-lived OAuth state cookie during login, and a localStorage key for your theme preference.

Payments

Premium is processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription ids; card data never touches our servers.

Legal basis & retention

Contract performance (running your account and listings), legitimate interest (abuse prevention, security). Session logs are kept 90 days, audit logs 12 months, aggregated stats indefinitely.

Your rights

Export or delete your data from Dashboard → Account, or email [email protected]. Deleting your account removes your listings, reviews, upvotes and boosts within 30 days.

Third parties

Discord (OAuth and API), Stripe (billing), Google Analytics (aggregate traffic), Cloudflare and Railway (hosting). Data may be processed in the EU and the US under standard contractual clauses.
