Terms of Service

1. Operator

Discordfinder.net ("the Service") is operated by Neyrio LLC (https://neyrio.com/). Contact: [email protected].

Discordfinder.net is an independent directory and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord Inc. "Discord" is a trademark of Discord Inc.

2. The Service

We list Discord servers and bots submitted by their owners, verify invite links, measure activity through our read-only bot and rank listings by liveness and activity. We do not host or operate the listed communities.

3. Accounts

You log in with Discord; there is no separate password. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

4. Listing rules

  • You may only list servers and bots you own or administer.
  • 18+ content must be flagged as such; unflagged adult content is removed.
  • No scams, phishing, malware, illegal content, or content that violates Discord's Terms and Community Guidelines.
  • No vote or boost manipulation: alt accounts, paid votes, automated boosting or exchanging boosts leads to removal.
  • Our bot must remain in listed servers; removing it pauses the listing.
  • We may edit tags, descriptions and SEO fields for accuracy, and hide or remove any listing at our discretion.

5. Premium

Premium is a monthly subscription per listing, billed by Stripe. It affects placement (pinning, highlights, doubled upvote/boost weight, smart placement) but never overrides liveness rules. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are granted for duplicate charges or if we removed your listing without a rules breach within the paid period. 6. Reviews and user content

Reviews must be honest and based on real membership. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fake or off-topic. You grant us a licence to display content you submit.

7. Termination

We may terminate access for breach of these terms. You can delete your account and data from the Account page at any time.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any listed server or bot is safe, appropriate or available. To the extent permitted by law, Neyrio LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Copyright / DMCA

Send takedown notices to [email protected] with the listing URL, the work infringed and your contact details.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site.
